Cognigen Signs Training Pact With eMaxDirect
SEATTLE, Cognigen Networks, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CGNW), an Internet enabled marketer of telecommunication services and products and facilities based carrier, made three significant announcements today. First, the company announced that it has signed an exclusive comprehensive training and agent development agreement with eMaxDirect, a non-affiliated, privately held corporation based in Montgomery, Texas. Second, the company announced that Troy Carl has resigned as Cognigen's vice president of marketing and as a member of its board of directors to become president and chief operating officer of eMaxDirect. Third, Cognigen's board of directors approved the appointment of Jim L. Boswell to fill the board vacancy created by the resignation of Troy Carl. Mr. Boswell previously served on Cognigen's board, and is the president of Cognigen Switching Technologies.
